Fees & Invoices

This page explains APC scope, payment steps, support arrangements, and invoice handling so authors and institutions can form a clear expectation before submission.

1. APC Scope

What the Fee Covers

APCs primarily support peer-review coordination, editorial process management, production, metadata maintenance, long-term preservation, and platform operations.

How Pricing Is Disclosed

Specific pricing is disclosed on each journal page and within the OJS submission workflow, and the portal should remain aligned with the operational system.

2. Payment and Invoicing

Payment Timing

In general, payment instructions are issued after acceptance. Manuscripts are not pre-conditioned on fee payment before peer review.

Invoice Detail Confirmation

If reimbursement requires a specific title, tax identifier, or project name, authors should confirm those details with the editorial office before payment.

3. Waivers and Independence

Discounts and Waivers

Some journals or programs may offer support, discounts, or waivers for early-career scholars, independent researchers, or specific thematic initiatives.

Fees Do Not Drive Editorial Decisions

The presence or absence of APCs does not change peer-review or editorial judgment. Scholarly quality, methodological rigor, and ethical compliance remain decisive.
