Bilingual Author Guidelines and Ethics Templates Are Now Available

The portal and OJS submission wizard now provide bilingual templates for author guidelines, conflict-of-interest declarations, and data-availability statements, helping authors prepare submissions against a consistent set of requirements.

To further standardise submission materials and reduce preparation overhead for both authors and editorial teams, Qiuzhen Academic Publishing has formally released bilingual author-guideline and ethics-statement templates, which are now reflected on the portal policy pages and within the OJS submission wizard.

  • Authors may use the bilingual templates to prepare abstracts, keywords, author details, and core declarations
  • Editorial teams can use the same materials to review conflict-of-interest, research-ethics, data-availability, and copyright information consistently
  • Future revisions to templates or policies will be maintained first through the portal pages and the submission wizard

Authors are encouraged to review the portal pages for author guidelines, publishing ethics, and open-access policies before starting a formal submission through the relevant journal's OJS entry point. If questions remain about template completion, authors may contact the editorial office listed for the target journal.
